Terms and Conditions
PRICES
Rates are quoted in AUD (and NZD for New Zealand touring) and are correct at time of publication. Prices can be subject to change at the discretion of Pinnacle Tours (ATAG Pty Ltd). No responsibility is accepted by Pinnacle Tours (ATAG Pty Ltd) for unforseen omissions or misrepresentation of our code-share partners who operate select tours on our behalf.
INCLUSIONS & FEES
Tours and cruises include all sightseeing, entry fees and meals as stated in the full itinerary (which can be viewed at www.pinnacletours.com.au) however are subject to change solely at the discretion of ATAG Pty Ltd.
Credit card payments attract a surcharge of 1.5% - 3%.
CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
Pinnacle Tours (ATAG Pty Ltd) reserves the right to alter the route or itinerary of any of its tours and arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary. No refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Pinnacle Tours (ATAG Pty Ltd) can't guarantee pick up or drop off times and is not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services or any associated costs resulting from such delays. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage. The Aboriginal components of our Top End tours are subject to cultural conditions. Participants may be absent due to cultural commitments with minimal prior notification and Pinnacle Tours (ATAG Pty Ltd) reserves the right to amend the itinerary in these circumstances with no obligation to refund. Components of trips are weather dependant and Pinnacle Tours (ATAG Pty Ltd) cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel.
LIABILITY
Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our passengers Pinnacle Tours (ATAG Pty Ltd) cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss of any kind caused by or resulting from any act or omission by its employees, agents or contractors. Passengers should note that adventure travel involves a higher than normal risk and a signed release will be required from all participants before departure. Pinnacle Tours (ATAG Pty Ltd) also assumes no responsibility for any act of negligence, act or omission whatsoever by any company whose services are used as part of packages provided including but not limited to activity and accommodation providers.
MINIMUM NUMBERS
Tours require a minimum of 4 - 6 passengers to operate and in some cases where only 4-6 passengers are booked on a tour an alternative may be offered or a smaller vehicle used.
INSURANCE
Travel insurance is NOT included. ATAG Pty Ltd strongly recommends that passengers arrange their own travel insurance. CHILD POLICY
Child fares are available on most tours for passengers aged between 5-12 years inclusive. Touring is not suitable for infants 0-4 years. Note: New Zealand tours are suitable for passengers 12 years of age or older.
CONCESSION FARES
Apply to holders of senior or pensioner cards (Australia & New Zealand), full time students and YHA/VIP/NOMAD members.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of a booking or part thereof will incur the following fees. If you fail to join a tour, or join it after departure, or depart the tour prior to its completion, no tour refund can be made. Travel insurance is not included however is strongly recommended.
For tours or packages of 2 days or more duration:

Note | Special cancellation fees apply scenic flight option.
The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation house properties or third party tour and transport operator cancellation fees.
RECONFIRMING TOURS:
It is compulsory to reconfirm Australian tours at least 48 hours in advance by calling 1300 551 687. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled.
LUGGAGE
Due to the equipment required for tours, vehicles have limited luggage space remaining. We therefore ask passengers to limit baggage to a strict 15kg maximum (except Kakadu and tours departing Broome which are 10kg maximum), soft bags are preferred. We recommend that items of value, including electronic items should not be carried on tour, and liability and risk is with the owner. We will attempt to carry excess luggage where we can, however on occasion we will require excess luggage to be freighted to your destination at own cost.
