Top End | Darwin
The 'Top End' includes Darwin, Kakadu, Litchfield, and the surrounding areas. It's a continuously changing landscape. The Top End summer from January to May sees everything bright green and alive. The winter, from June - September, is an optimal time to visit, with warm, sunny days and beautiful warm evenings allowing both wildlife and people a break from the humidity, until the ‘build up’ from October to December, when wildlife teems in abundance around shrinking waterways.
