Travel Tips
Western Australia is beautiful all year round, however it offers extremely different climates in different regions. In the north of Western Australia, stretching from Broome to Kununurra, the winter season from May to October is the most popular time to travel with temperatures reaching an average between 15 and 29 degrees with beautiful sunny days and cool nights. The summer season from November to April is often characterised by hot and humid days, this season is also known as the ‘wet’ season and many attractions are not accessible.
Wildflowers - Western Australia is renowned for its amazing spring wildflower season from July to November where fields are blanketed like snow by wildflowers. Wildflower profusion starts north of Perth around July and heads into the southern regions of Western Australia by November.
